Fall Roundtable at Dublin's Emerald Campus
IB Teachers: Bring your hacks, leave with a plan!
When & Where
Date: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Emerald Campus, 5175 Emerald Parkway, Dublin OH 43017
Light breakfast refreshments will be provided.
Let’s be honest: no one understands the unique joys and "character-building" challenges of the IB program quite like a fellow educator. Whether you are navigating the nuances of a Group 1 assessment or trying to keep up with DP/MYP/PYP coordination, you shouldn’t have to do it in a vacuum.
The Ohio Association of IB World Schools invites you to our upcoming Subject Roundtable. This is a dedicated space for teachers across Central Ohio to put our heads together, share our best classroom "hacks," and solve the many quandaries and frustrations (and maybe a few joys) related to assessment and organization of our classes/years.
Cost: $25 for members/ $50 for nonmembers
*Must have paid 2025-2026 Membership Dues
What to Bring: As we prepare to discuss class organization, assessment strategies, and how to stay ahead of the IB curve, please bring the following items to our roundtable:
Internal Assessment Plan: Your current strategy for managing and execution.
First Semester Exams: Drafts or outlines of your upcoming assessments.
Ideas & Questions: Your best breakthroughs and your toughest challenges.
Teaching Hack: A copy or description of your favorite classroom shortcut.
